How to get to Nail ArtBox?

By MRT: Alighted at Bukit Panjang Station (Downtown Line opening in mid Dec 2015). It’s about 10-15 minute walk
By LRT: Alighted at Senja Station (BP13). It’s about 10-15 minute walk

By Bus: There are 2 bus stops outside Senja Gateway Estate. Bus numbers 920 and 972 stop at Bus Stop number B448XX (New! Bus Stop Number not updated yet- Along Senja Road) or Bus numbers 160, 170, 178, 960 and 961 stop at Bus Stop number B44069 (Along Woodlands road)

How to make appointment with Nail ArtBox?

To arrange an appointment**, you can call/SMS/ Whatsapp 8382 6899

- Kindly do make your appointment early to get your desired schedule time.

** Nail ArtBox only serves female Customers and all naily services are strictly by appointment only.

What are the important Terms and Conditions YOU MUST READ, UNDERSTAND and ACCEPT before making an appointment with Nail ArtBox?

Deposit

- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of S$20 is required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be used to deduct from the total bill.

- Appointment will only be confirmed after deposit is received.

- Please transfer your deposit to POSB Saving 129-14272-3.

Forfeits of appointment booking deposit will occur when

- Fail to show up after 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time

- Fail to re-schedule or cancel your appointment 3 days in advance prior to your appointment date

Payment

- Only cash payment is accepted

Changes for appointment

- For any changes of confirmed appointment, Customer is required to notify Nail ArtBox 3 days beforehand. Rescheduled appointment date/time is subject to availability. For example, you have an appointment on Thursday, thus you should inform Nail ArtBox by Monday.

- Changes to more complicated design or nail extension needed for sudden broken nail is subjected to availability

Late for appointment

- In event when Customer is late for the appointment, there may be a need to change the nail design so it will not affect the next Customer.

- If Customer is late more than 30 minute, appointment will be considered as cancelled. Deposit will not be refunded and appointment will not be rescheduled.
