Pastel with grey!

This light grey matches very well with pastel colors! 

We have blue, mint and pink! They all blend very well with the grey.

Angel was flipping thru the magazine and fall In love....alot designs! 

haha!! 

the more you see, the more you cannot decide!! 

finally she chosen 2 design and mix them. 

With translucent white strip across pastel color, and a 3D bow on the grey! 

Do you think this combination as much as we do? 

Heffalump e elephant ! 

He is from Winnie and friends character. I had a request from customer for this purple cutie. After did some research, I found out that one unique feature of heffalump is that he had a rabbit tail !

Ta-dah ! 

My cutie + playful + elegant hefflump naily design! 

I start with hefflump face, and tail. 

Using furry velet to highlight the tail. Now it look fluffy.  

Since this is for customer wedding day naily, I decide to have some elegant element in the rest. Remain the lilac color theme, I use some colors for tweet and sweet pearls in the middle of the half moon.

I have a happy hello kitty customer!  

A kitty fan, ng came to remove her gel nails and decide to have a hello kitty nails for the new year. This set was done in polish.

A bright pink with glitter is used for the tips. With tiny hearts and dots, and the kitty sat nicely in the tips. Each naily has a different kitty sticker on and it perfectly match her handphone casing which has the same pink kitty with teddy!!

Dots, strips, lace, ribbon, and pastel colors.. A bit of everything! 

This is what Wendi wants. 

She was searching for her nail design online and too many inspiration came to her. 

So the end result, we have almost everything.

Paris here i come!

This is a mockup done for customer who is going to Europe in mid February.

A romantic place, need some sweet romantic colors - Purple and Pink !

i use a fine purple glitter in gel for the gradient, and add some cute little heart sequins.

i will always link the Eiffel tower and shopping with Paris!

So i have them painted on both the middle and ring fingers.

i am an animal lover, and worked part time in the Singapore Zoo before.

so i love going to the Zoo and never get sick of it.

This year the zoo have some new guests, the China Giant Panda - Jia Jia and Kia Kia

and a new exhibit, the Zoo river safari. 

Thou the river safari is not fully open, this trip to the zoo was mainly for the pandas. 

One of my gf, peng had some free tickets for us.

So a brunch of 8 adults going to see the pandas!

of cause, i need to have some cute panda on my naily before going to the zoo.

After drawing eeyore, I decide to complete e set by drawing eeyore friends!
i have been thinking how to draw these cuties in the most simplest way

Looking innocent, and with less complicated drawing,
i decide to try drawing them.

this set of naily is inspired by a TV series - Doc Who

Regina is a big fan of this series and wanted to have them all over her naily before she go for an year end holiday.

She show me a picture that she took from internet, and told me her choices

i need to do some research online as i have no idea of this TV series at all.

Regina is not having long nor big nail plate, 

so writing "Allons-y" and "Alonso" on her pinky is kinda a challenge. 

But phew, i still manage to did it

Penguin !

This is my second time paint a penguin and 
i decided to draw a different style of the penguin.

Her Nickname Penguin is the reason 
why this cutie customer wanted to have a penguin on her naily.

She loves this design so much that we decide just to change the color platte in future

When Yvonne requested for Chip and Dale, I have no idea and no inspiration in my mind.

Barbie

This is inspired by the Barbie.
 Barbie is all girls favourite toy when we are young. 
Me is no exceptional too.
i so regret that i did not keep any Barbie stuff to be used as props for this photoshoot
there is a sudden craze on the barbie naily design. 
i think this is because of the Barbie gel product. I saw the advertisment in some Japenese magazine.

i'm unable to get the barbie sticker as only available in Japan at the moment.
So I try to draw a barbie silhouette!
This is my first attempt in drawing silhouette

Ugly Duckling

This is my second attempt on embossed nail art after ribbon.

The next challenger -- e Duckling!

With half a tip painted in shimmer water blue color, 
and using acrylic paint to draw some waves,
a "sea" was created.
Next,
i add some ducklings.

Back to School !!

1st Sep was Singapore Teachers' Day. 
A day to celebrate the hard labor of the teachers. Usually there will be some performance by the students in the school. 
Students will also prepared handmade cards, small token of gift for the teacher to show their appreciation. 

Its a day for the teachers to put down their marking pen and wind down abit.

Since a couple years ago, teachers' day was changed to the first friday of September. 

So TODAY is the DAY !
All students please use this day to say a big THANK YOU to your teachers who had spent so much time and effort in teaching.

**A special note**

I am grateful to my teacher/trainers in PINKROOM who have shown so much patience in guiding us. Please do forgive our playful-ness and noisy-ness in class.

How can i not make any special naily to mark this special day.
A back to school theme is done,

I had some hello kitty stickers from Japan and i was thinking hard what design to have for both Kitty and Daniel.

In e end, I decide to go simple and classy.

RILAKKUMA and Dessert

This sticker doesn't come easy. It was purchased from Japan. 

Oh yes, the props used was my Rilakkuma stationery set for my hubby. 

Why? i mentioned in the previous post that my hubby look like Rilakkuma.

i love my hubby, 

i love Rilakkuma!

It was a hard decision to decide if i should use this precious on fake tip

Couldn't bear to use it because it was so dearly

but at the same time

I could wait to try it !!

Any way, e desire t o try it wins!

Other than using the Rilakuuma sticker

i used some yummy dessert to add some flavor for this naily dessert.
